Honestly the best breakfast sandwiches! They are so attentive and friendly too. You just feel welcomed. It's my weekend ritual now to get a sandwich and a latte with my husband at ponchos.

Ponchos Café has officially stolen my heart (and taste buds)! This spot has become my go-to haven for crave-worthy sandwiches, refreshing drinks, and top-tier service. Every visit feels like a warm hug wrapped in avocado smash bruschetta and sprinkled with flavor magic. Their sandwiches? Next level. Packed, stacked, and unapologetically delicious-- each bite is a flavor bomb. Whether it's a savory brunch mood or a midday fuel-up, they never miss. Bonus points for the fresh fruit on the side -- those lil' blueberries and orange slices are the main character energy I didn’t know I needed. And can we talk about the vibes? The service is always friendly, fast, and full of good energy. You don’t just leave full --you leave happy. Ponchos isn’t just a café. It’s a whole dang experience. Can’t recommend it enough. Trust me -- one visit, and you'll be hooked.

How this place does not have a 5/5 rating is beyond me. Doug, the owner, is the type of man that will go above and beyond for you, even though he has never met you until that moment. There is a gentleman who hangs out there named Lance. What an intelligent, love-filled being. I had their breakfast sandwich, and it was one of those sandwiches that you’re still thinking about five days later … I ordered a latte, and asked for cardamom in it if they had any, and Doug searched the kitchen, until he found some, and then put it in a little tea bag for me in my latte. What a great place, I’ve made plans to go back this weekend - gotta get me another one of those sandwiches!

Simply amazing! Great food, fast and friendly service. We had latte, regular drip coffee, breakfast bagels were awesome and the blueberry muffin and macaroon madness bar was delish! Outside patio was lovely and we were in &out in about 40 min without rushing. Great spot!

Always love stopping in and saying hello to such a friendly group of staff! One of my favorite orders is their Avocado Toast. It's absolutely amazing. I do find occasionally (fairly rare) that their espresso beverages run on the bitter side but not in a way that would make you throw out your coffee! Such an amazing little hole in the wall, I definitely recommend taking a trip down and enjoying some great atmosphere and food!

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with friendly enthusiasm, which carries all the way through your visit. The drinks are created with passion and creativity, and the food portions will not leave you hungry. I truly don’t think they could get any more food on a bagel.

We're soiled for cafes in Langford these days, but Ponchos is still my go-to. As a regular now, I shout its praises whenever possible. You can't go wrong with incredibly friendly staff, who do their absolute best to provide exceptional service and make you feel welcome. Food is fresh, filling, with plenty of options for smaller bites or larger meals. (Personally, I always go for the Ponchos Breakfast Sandwich.) Alongside your usual drink options, Ponchos also has a seasonal/rotating drink menu that is always creative and delicious. I appreciate the laid back, personable vibe of the cafe, holding onto a cafe experience that feels nostalgic. In the heart of Langford city centre, this cafe is a hub for local news and catching up with loved ones. Highly recommend to anyone living in Langford and passing through.

Nice family run business that puts some passion behind their food. Loved the berry garnish on my sandwich. Sizes and prices are respectable.
